veronika & adam

i always love the beginning of my wedding season... not only does it usually mean that warm weather is finally returning, but it's the start of my 'busy time', getting to do what i love- spending amazing days with fantastic people who are tying the knot, and celebrating with friends and family.
these moments are also spent battling mosquitos, calming nerves, crawling around the ceremony (trying to be 'invisible'), and making sure that every special photo is taken.... all of which are part of the best job I could ever ask for... seriously
below are some photos from veronika and adam's special day. they got married at her grandma's farm out by Trochu... on the days leading up to, and even the morning of, we were a little wary of the weather and impending rain... but of course it held off (always does) for as long as we needed... we did however, battle some intense wind, but this couple rocked their shoot (as seen below!)
one photo i did not post here involves their guns :) i actually texted veronika the day before her wedding and asked her if she could bring one of her pistols to the wedding! (a first for me, for sure). they love shooting, and we incorporated it into not only their engagement session, but their wedding photos too!
congrats to adam and veronika- thank you for allowing me to be part of your day... and here's to a fantastic summer ahead!

this photo not only shows her *stunning* dress, but to the left is a photo of her great grandparents on their wedding day... the bride also wore the same earrings that she is wearing in the picture...

another family wedding photo captured in this picture...

below is a photo of their 'ring bearer' and 'flower girl'... the bride's great aunt and uncle that just celebrated their 69th wedding anniversary!

the groom loved the El Camino so much... they had it parked behind them in the ceremony so it'd be in the photos.... (boys and their toys :)

*cheers
